The quarterback of the future is not on Tampa's roster. The Bucs offense completely disappeared in the second half against Chicago. Mariota is still indecisive about declaring for the draft.
2. Oakland Raiders (3-13) - Amari Cooper (WR/Alabama)
Oakland needs a playmaker on offense, so either Cooper or Melvin Gordon will likely be the pick here. Cooper serves as an immediate upgrade at wide receiver and gives Derek Carr a true no. 1 target.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars (3-13) - Melvin Gordon (RB/Wisconsin)
Denard Robinson has played well at running back, but I can't see him as the long-term answer. Melvin Gordon gives Jacksonville a guy opposing defenses will be forced to focus on and allow the team to use Robinson as their flex player again.
4. Minnesota Vikings (4-12) - Leonard Williams (DE/USC)
Minnesota has a pair of pass rushers in Everson Griffen and Anthony Barr, but Williams is the top available player and you can never have enough pass rushers in today's NFL. Worst case scenario, Minnesota can trade down as there will be plenty of teams looking to draft here.
5. New York Jets (4-12) - Jameis Winston (QB/Florida State)
Michael Vick was horrendous last night. Neither Geno Smith nor Vick will likely be back on the Jets next year. Winston has all the talent, but his biggest issue will be whether or not he will be mature enough in the NFL.
6. Tennessee Titans (5-11) - Randy Gregory (DE/Nebraska)
Tennessee needs help all across their front seven. If Gregory slides down to here, this should be a no-brainer for the Titans, who would receive an edge rusher that the team has lacked since Jason Babin left.
7. Atlanta Falcons (5-11) - Shane Ray (OLB/Missouri)
Atlanta has nothing to offer in the pass rush. Osi Umenyiora is done. The Falcons need someone who can get to the quarterback.
8. New York Giants (6-10) - Shilique Calhoun (DE/Michigan State)
Jason Pierre-Paul, Robert Ayers, and Mathias Kiwanuka are all free agents this offseason. The Giants are a team that always builds their defense around the pass rush, so it wouldn't be surprising to see them rebuild it again around Calhoun.
9. Washington Redskins (6-10) - Andrus Peat (OT/Stanford)
Right tackle has been a black hole in Washington this season Perhaps an upgrade will be found early in the draft.
10. Cleveland Browns (9-7) - Landon Collins (S/Alabama)
Tashaun Gipson is a restricted free agent this offseason and after the year he had a team may try to pry him away from the Browns. If he goes elsewhere, Cleveland will need to address their secondary.
11. Houston Texans (7-9) - PJ Williams (CB/Florida State)
The Texans secondary has been a weak link this season. With Kareem Jackson in his contract year, they team may plan to move on without him.
12. St. Louis Rams (7-9) - Sammie Coates (WR/Auburn)
The Rams added Tavon Austin, but more weapons are needed for whoever runs this offense in 2015. Of course, quarterback is an option here as well, but I have flip-flopped back and forth at quarterback since I think it is a reach at this spot.
13. New Orleans Saints (7-9) - Dante Fowler (DE/Florida)
Apparently, Fowler is ready for Florida State. New Orleans pass rush has been awful this season and an upgrade is needed immediately.
14. Seattle Seahawks (8-8) - TJ Yeldon (RB/Alabama)
Marshawn Lynch will not be back next season, so Seattle will need to find a new running back since Christine Michael has not played well in limited action.
15. Chicago Bears (8-8) - Ronald Darby (CB/Florida State)
Chicago's secondary has been hit hard with injuries exposing a lack of depth at the position. The Bears shouldn't be afraid to double-dip at the position after taking Kyle Fuller last year.
16. Baltimore Ravens (9-7) - Kevin White (WR/West Virginia)
Torrey Smith is a free agent in the offseason and Steve Smith is old. With Smith a likely hot commodity in free agency, the Ravens may need to look for a new receiver.
17. Cleveland Browns (9-7) - Vic Beasley (OLB/Clemson)
Jabaal Sheard is an impending free agent and Barkevious Mingo has not lived up to expectations. Cleveland will likely add to their pass rush in the spring.
18. Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7) - Brandon Scherff (OT/Iowa)
The Steelers are among the league's worst in sacks allowed, which could be worse if Ben Roethlisberger wasn't a miniature giant. A new tackle is needed.
19. Miami Dolphins (9-7) - Ifo-Ekpre Olomu (CB/Oregon)
Cortland Finnegan and Brent Grimes are both in their 30s, so finding a younger cornerback will happen at some point of the draft.
20. Philadelphia Eagles (10-6) - Shaq Thompson (ILB/Washington)
DeMeco Ryans is injured again and will be 31 next season. With his entire $6.8 million salary not guaranteed, he could be a cap casualty. If he is a replacement will be sought.
21. Kansas City Chiefs (10-6) - Jaelen Strong (WR/Arizona State)
No receiver on the Chiefs has caught a touchdown pass this season. While they are still winning, they are going to stall in the playoffs without a receiver to stretch the field or make defenses accountable in the red zone.
22. Carolina Panthers (7-8-1) - La'El Collins (OT/LSU)
Carolina's protection for Cam Newton is awful. The Panthers were unable to address all the holes on their roster in the offseason and will need to find a way to do so this year.
23. Cincinnati Bengals (9-6-1) - Markus Golden (DE/Missouri)
Cincinnati is severely lacking in the pass rush since Michael Johnson has left. Finding a new pass rusher is necessary.
24. Dallas Cowboys (11-5) - Leonard Floyd (OLB/Georgia)
Dallas needs a new pass rusher now that DeMarcus Ware is gone. Floyd can play as either a defensive end or outside linebacker.
25. San Diego Chargers (10-6) - Mike Davis (RB/South Carolina)
Ryan Mathews is a free agent at the end of the season, Donald Brown is ineffective and Branden Oliver has cooled off after his hot start. San Diego will likely pursue a new back in the offseason.
26. Arizona Cardinals (11-5) - Shawn Oakman (DE/Baylor)
Arizona needs a new pass rusher now that John Abraham's career is essentially over.
27. Denver Broncos (12-4) - Eric Kendricks (ILB/UCLA)
The middle of Denver's defense has been a weak link this season. Luckily, there are several options to consider in the draft.
28. Green Bay Packers (13-3) - Denzel Perryman (ILB/Miami FL)
Green Bay reportedly almost traded up for Ryan Shazier in the draft last year. They may look to upgrade at middle linebacker in this draft early.
29. Detroit Lions (11-5) - Hroniss Grasu (C/Oregon)
Domonic Raiola is a free agent and will likely not be in Detroit next season. If he is not retained, a new center will be needed.
30. New England Patriots (13-3) - DeVante Parker (WR/Louisville)
Brandon LaFell's play has picked up lately, but the Patriots may still consider taking a wide receiver in the early rounds of the draft.
31. San Francisco 49ers (11-5) - Rashad Greene (WR/Florida State)
With no long-term wide receiver on the 49ers roster, they will look for a new playmaker early in the draft.
32. Indianapolis Colts (11-5) - Tre' Jackson (G/Florida State)
The Colts offensive front needs an upgrade, especially at guard where the lack of running lanes has taken its toll this season.
